Be an explorer - discover your strengths, open your heart and celebrate the mystery of life. Embrace change and transitions with wonder, grace and humility.
Each of us will find our way home and no two of us will travel the same path or travel for the same amount of time - We can learn from each other - transition together - share our journey.
And during our time here we will face our mortality - often more than once - it is inescapable - death can - and often does - come without warning. Each night have no regrets - each morning be grateful. Be kinder to yourself and others - live meaningfully on purpose each day.
